Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of CollabSpring ("we", "us"), a CRM for influencer-marketing agencies available at collabspring.com and app.collabspring.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the agency you register (your "workspace"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

CollabSpring lets an agency keep its creator and brand database, track collaborations, contracts and invoices, and send outreach from a mailbox the agency connects. Each workspace is separate, and access is by invitation with Owner, Admin and Member roles. The workspace Owner is responsible for who is invited and for everything done under the workspace's accounts.

Free trial

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no payment method required, including a small batch of AI credits that is released once you verify your email. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen, and you can still export all of your data. One trial is allowed per person; we may refuse or end trials that circumvent this.

Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions at the prices on our pricing page, plus any sales tax or VAT Paddle is required to collect.
• A subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
• Changing plan takes effect immediately, and the new plan's limits apply from that moment.
• If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it; a workspace that remains unpaid may be made read-only until payment succeeds.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription.

AI credits

• AI features (drafting, classification, summaries) consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; how long unused allowance carries over depends on the plan and is shown on the pricing page.
• Additional credit packs are one-off purchases. Purchased credits expire three months after purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces, and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Plans marked "bring your own key" use an AI provider key you supply; your use of that provider is also governed by its terms and billed by it.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• You must have a lawful basis to store the people in your CRM and to email them, and you must comply with anti-spam and data-protection law that applies to you (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR or PECR).
• You must not use the service to send spam, phishing, malware or deceptive content, to harvest addresses, or to email people who have opted out. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link, which you must not remove or circumvent.
• You must respect the sending limits and terms of the mailbox provider you connect (Google, Microsoft, Zoho or your SMTP host).
• You must not attempt to access another workspace's data, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into CollabSpring. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, process and display it in order to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your workspace at any time, including while it is read-only.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using CollabSpring and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms, that is used for spam or abuse, or whose account is unpaid, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it. After a workspace is closed or its trial has expired, we may delete its data after a retention period, which we will make visible in the app beforehand.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CollabSpring available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops. If we change these terms materially, we will notify workspace Owners by email before the change takes effect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
