What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing charges automatically. When you're ready, pick a plan from Settings → Billing and checkout runs there. If you don't, the workspace goes read-only — you keep browsing and can export everything — and the data is removed after a further grace period we show you in-app.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial starts from registration with no card. You add a payment method only when you choose a paid plan.
What's an AI credit?
One credit covers one AI-drafted follow-up. If the model fails or you run out, outreach falls back to your templates — it never blocks.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, from Settings → Billing. Capacity limits apply from the moment the change takes effect.
Whose mailbox sends the outreach?
Yours. Connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, or your own mail server, and every message sends from the account your agency owns. Mailbox count is the plan limit above.
Is the recipient limit how many emails I can send a day?
No. It's how many contacts one bulk campaign can include. Sending is paced to your mail provider's daily limit — about 500 a day on Gmail or Zoho, up to 10,000 on Microsoft 365, 200 over plain SMTP — and that limit is per workspace, so extra mailboxes don't raise it. A campaign bigger than the daily limit keeps sending over the following days, and the preview warns you before you start.
